RETURNS

We want your product to serve you for as long as possible. If you notice a defect, damage, or non-compliance with the agreement after receiving your order, you may file a complaint.
You may file a complaint within 2 years from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable regulations.
We also want our products to accompany you for years to come. Therefore, in the event of defects covered by the seller's liability, we offer a free product repair.
If the damage or defect is not covered by the seller's liability, you may opt for a paid repair. In such cases, we will inform you of the cost before beginning the repair.

NAPPA LEATHER CARE
Care for Nappa leather gently using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid excess water, moisture, high temperatures, and direct contact with perfumes and cosmetics. Use only products designed for natural full-grain leather. Store in the included dust bag.
SUEDE CARE
Suede requires special care. Regularly remove dust and dirt using a soft suede brush. Before first use, we recommend applying a waterproofing spray designed for suede, which will help protect the material against moisture and dirt. It is worth repeating the waterproofing treatment regularly. Avoid contact with water, oily substances, and heat sources. Store in the included dust bag.
