We ship orders via FedEx courier.

RETURNS
If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
The returned product should be in its original condition, with no signs of use or damage.

COMPLAINTS
We want your product to serve you for as long as possible. If, upon receiving your order, you notice a defect, damage, or non-compliance with the agreement, you may file a complaint.
You can file a complaint within 2 years from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable regulations.
We also want our products to be with you for years to come. Therefore, in the case of defects covered by the seller's liability, we offer free product repair.
If the damage or defect is not covered by the seller's liability, you may opt for a paid repair. In such a case, we will inform you of the cost before beginning the repair.
+ Care
NAPPA LEATHER CARE
Care for Nappa leather gently using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid excess water, moisture, high temperatures, and direct contact with perfumes and cosmetics. Use only products designed for natural full-grain leather. Store in the included dust bag.
SUEDE CARE
Suede requires special care. Regularly remove dust and dirt using a soft suede brush. Before first use, we recommend applying a suede-specific water repellent to help protect the material against moisture and dirt. It is recommended to repeat the impregnation regularly. Avoid contact with water, oily substances, and heat sources. Store in the included dust bag.
